Light and vegetal but quite mellow with a long, sweet finish Dry Leaf Appearance: Even green, well-rolled leaves Wet Leaf Aroma: Vegetal and grassy Liquor: Light yellow

How To Brew

2.5g tea 200ml (7 fl-oz) water 85 - 95°C (185°F) 3 - 4 minutes

The oxidation needs to be done in subtle manner as the fruity notes are quite ephemeral on the taste buds

I didnt like it as the liquor is too strong and dark in colour. You have to use less leaves.
